Found this site http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/gallery/All . Adds background skins to the toolbar areas in FireFox. What is nice about this website is if you hover your mouse over the picture and wait a second, it will then show you what the 'persona' looks like as if you had installed it. This way you can quickly go through a lot of different ones and then just install the one you like. For the "hover" thing to work make sure your FireFox is updated to 3.6.
